Why ‘Gas Station Solutions’?

Gas stations may continue to issue global (daily, weekly or monthly) receipts (CFDI) to the General Public until July 31, 2020, as from that date, they will no longer be able to make global invoices to the general public, because from From August 1, the vouchers to the General Public must be issued for each sale made, even if not requested by the client, each sale will represent an invoice, that is, each ticket is an invoice

The hydrocarbon supply stations, from August 1, must issue a tax receipt for each sale made, regardless of whether the user requests it or not. This effect will result in each sale being reflected with an invoice.

As of April 1, 2020, all sales made, even if they are less than 100 pesos, must be included in the global invoices to the general public.

It is worth mentioning that said rule entered into force on April 1 of this year, but had an extension, so it was extended until the 1st day of August of the same year.

As this rule is retroactive to January 1, 2020, invoices that have been issued from January 1 to March 31, 2020 must be canceled, and a new global invoice must be generated that includes all sales less than 100 pesos that have not been originally added, referencing each of the canceled operations with the new ones that are issued.

However, this rule has a retroactive effect, which means that all global invoices that have been issued in the period between January 1, 2020 and March 31 of the same year, must be canceled, and You will have to issue an invoice for each sale made with a value of less than 100 pesos in that period.
